Joining the Foam Blowers of Indiana

The homepage of this website (www.FoamBlowers.com) provides a general overview of the club and our 3 monthly meetings. More information and details will be provided upon receiving your signed application and dues. Meeting notices are emailed through our Yahoo Group site.

Dues are only $20.00 per year, per household (up to two persons) and members must be over 21 years of age. Our membership year starts on January 1st each year. If joining after January 1, the dues are prorated. Our dues help us pay for special events like the annual Brew-BQ, beer festivals, club only competition entries, expenses reimbursement for meeting hosts, website hosting, supplies, etc.

To join, simply follow the instructions below. We need a signed form rather than an online signup since we're dealing with alcohol. Thanks for understanding.

  1. Print out this form

  2. Fill it out (especially your email, since this is our primary means of communication)

  3. Sign the form (unsigned applications will NOT be accepted)

  4. Enclose a check for $20.00 made payable to "Foam Blowers of Indiana"

  5. Mail the check and your completed form to:

Dues are due in December each year (by Dec 31st). If paid throughout the year, they will be prorated. Thus, you can join anytime.
