FBI Club Jockey Box Rental Agreement
Revised 08/28/00

The club jockey box is available for any meeting host who thinks it might come in handy at their meeting. The equipment is kept at Great Fermentations of Indiana. It may be picked up and returned during their normal business hours. There is no charge for use at a club meeting or event.

This equipment is also available for members' personal use, if it is not scheduled for a club event. A $10 fee must be paid in advance for this type of use. This fee is for up to 7 days of use. A $15 late fee will be charged if the equipment is returned late. A $200 security deposit (personal checks, no cash or credit cards) is also required.

This is an expensive piece of gear, and we want to ensure it is well taken care of. The equipment must be returned cleaned, sanitized and in good working order. If not, your security deposit will be used for a $15 cleaning fee, as well as to cover the actual cost to fix any broken items or to replace any missing items. If you take good care of the equipment and return it in good working order, your entire security deposit will be returned.

The renter is responsible for supplying their own keg fittings and CO2. The beer lines are equipped with 1/4 inch flare fittings so you may thread on your Corny keg fittings easily. If you have hose barb fittings, please get and use the threaded type. The beer lines are 3/8 inch ID. Hose barb Corny fittings are made for smaller tubing and thus, won't seal properly.
